At Muallim-ul-Quran, our mission is to spread the understanding of Allah’s words through accessible Quranic education. This policy reflects our commitment to fairness, transparency, and Islamic values in serving the Muslim Ummah.
Digital Products (eBooks, Course Materials)
No Refunds Policy: Due to the digital nature of our educational content, all sales of digital books and downloadable materials are final. No refunds will be provided once digital content is accessed. We believe that once knowledge is transferred, it becomes a trust (Amanah) with the learner.
Course Refunds
No Refunds for Courses: As our courses provide immediate access to valuable Quranic knowledge and educational content, we operate a no-refund policy for course enrollments. We encourage prospective students to carefully review course descriptions and contact us with any questions before enrollment.
Fee Refund Policy: All courses fees are non-refundable, exccept for a few selected courses announced by the institution.
In Designated Teacher Training Courses (For pakistani teachers), the fee is refundable only if:
The Teacher is found eligible, Complete the full course and demo, and receives the certificate.
If teacher enrolls but the intitution later finds them not eligible, their admission fee will be refunded.
For all other students and courses, including Huffaz, the fee remains non-refundable unless specifically stated by the institution.
Enrollment & Course Access Policy: Enrollment and course access are valid for one year from the date of admission.
For sponsored courses such as Huffaz & hafizaat courses, if a student remains inactive for one month, the institution may cancel the enrollment.
For all other courses, if a student remains inactive for three months, the enrollment may be cancelled.
If enrollment is cancelled due to inactivity or lack of progress by the student, the fee will not be refunded.
Physical Books
Return Period:
- Returns accepted within 30 days of delivery
- Books must be in original condition, unused, and in original packaging
- Customer responsible for return shipping costs
Shipping and Tracking:
- All shipments are handled by external courier companies
- We provide you via Email with a Consignment Number (CN) after dispatch
- You can request your CN number by:
- Calling us at +92-300-5461717
- Texting/WhatsApp at +92-300-5461717
- Filling out our contact form on the website
- Track your shipment status directly on the courier company’s website using your CN number
- We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by external courier services
Non-Returnable Items:
- Damaged or marked books
- Books returned after 30-day period
- Special edition or personalized materials
Refund Process
- Contact our support team at refunds@muallimulquran.com
- Provide order number and reason for refund
- Wait for return authorization (physical items)
- Refunds processed within 7-10 business days after approval
Exceptions
- Defective products will be replaced or fully refunded
- Technical issues preventing course access will be resolved or refunded
- Force majeure events affecting service delivery
